The quarterly catalog is printed in full color and delivered USPS carrier route to over 50,000 homes in the Burnsville, Eagan, Savage district area. 5,000 Youth Programs brochures are printed and sent home in backpacks with K-5 students. Catalogs are distributed three times per year typically, Fall arrives in homes in late August with class offerings September through December. Winter/Spring in December with class offerings in January through May. Summer is delivered in late March with class dates extending May-August. There are occasions where this could shift due to production schedules or things beyond our control.
Once approved by the department, the artwork, signed agreement and payment must be received on or near the dates below to be included.

One91 Community Education has final approval and reserves the right to limit the number of advertisers.
Files must be high resolution (300 dpi at ad size), CMYK color, camera-ready in PDF, jpeg or eps format. One91 Community Ed does not provide design services and cannot guarantee print quality if ads are not submitted at correct resolutions.
A completed Ad Agreement must be submitted. You may complete the pdf agreement on your device, save to your local drive and email as an attachment.
